This website is hosted by Vercel. When you open a page, technically necessary data is processed — in particular your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, your browser type and operating system. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating the site securely and reliably (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Enquiry form

If you send us an enquiry through the form, we process the details you provide — name, email address, phone number if given, travel dates, the number and ages of the people travelling, and your message — solely in order to answer your enquiry. It is delivered by email through our provider Resend. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and steps taken prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). You may withdraw your consent at any time by email.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to measure how this website is used. Alongside page views this records events about the enquiry form: that it was started, submitted, or returned with errors, plus the number of travellers, the number of nights and the language of the enquiry. What you type into the form — name, email address, phone number and message — is never sent to Google. Analytics cookies are only set once you explicitly agree in the cookie notice; until then storage is disabled via Google Consent Mode. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG). You can withdraw it at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Retention

We keep enquiries and the related correspondence for as long as is necessary to deal with them, and beyond that only where statutory retention periods apply.
